赵玉欣，博士，主要研究方向为云特征多尺度变化机理研究。基于主被动卫星遥感数据、气候模式模拟数据等，围绕云特征数据分析与评估、云多时空尺度变化特征和机制分析、云-气溶胶相互作用领域开展系统性研究工作。作为项目骨干参与国家重点研发计划项目1项。发表SCI论文10篇，其中第一作者和共同一作SCI论文3篇。
