尚华哲,2011年于武汉大学获得工学学士学位, 2016年获得中国科学院大学理学博士学位。自2016年留所工作。从2018年12月到2019年12月,在法国里尔大学大气光学实验室访问。入选中科院青年创新促进会、空天院“未来之星”。在大气遥感领域核心期刊(BAMS、RSE、ACP、JGR、AMT等)发表SCI论文37篇,担任《遥感技术与应用》、《高原气象》期刊青年编委和《Frontiers in Remote Sensing》期刊审稿编辑。获谢义炳青年气象科技奖、中国空间地球科学学术研讨会“青年优秀论文奖”等荣誉。
