Curriculum Vitae

Dr. Yuan Zeng is a Professor at the State Key Laboratory of Remote Sensing and Digital Earth, Aerospace Information Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the director of the Ecosystem Remote Sensing Laboratory. She also serves as the Secretary-General of the Ecological Remote Sensing Committee of the Ecological Society of China. Dr. Yuan Zeng received her BSc degree in Science from Beijing Normal University in 2001, and obtained her MSc degree and PhD degree from Wageningen University in the Netherlands in 2003 and 2008, respectively. Her research interests include ecological variables retrieval and modeling, with a particular focus on the remote sensing of plant diversity estimation for forest, grassland, wetland and cropland over the past five years.
