Dr. Hongying Zhang is a Senior Engineer at the State Key Laboratory of Remote Sensing and Digital Earth, Aerospace Information Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a key technical expert at the Spatial Intelligence Center for Remote Sensing Big Data. Dr. Hongying Zhang received her Bachelor's degree from Heilongjiang Engineering Institute in 2004, and her Master's and Doctoral degrees from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) and the University of South Florida (USF) in 2007 and 2018, respectively.  Her research interests include systematic studies on key technologies for remote sensing data and large models; in recent years, her work has primarily focused on the intelligent extraction and change detection of remote sensing information in the fields of natural resources, agriculture and rural areas, emergency management, and ecological environment.
