李紫薇，女，1959年生。中国科学院遥感与数字地球研究所，遥感科学国家重点实验室地表能量平衡研究室研究员。主要从事海洋遥感科学技术研究与应用系统研制，结合国家海洋发展战略和军民需求，主持完成多项国家、院、军队和部委相关科研项目，在海洋遥感机理、平台发展、新型载荷技术、应用方法等方面取得了多项有影响力的原创性科技成果，引领了我国GNSS-R海洋微波遥感技术进步，发展了多载荷协同对海观测综合应用技术，促进了海洋遥感业务化应用。科技成果获国家科技进步二等奖1项（2003/排名第五）、军队科技进步一等奖2项（2011/排名第二，2013/排名第四）、海洋工程科学技术一等奖1项（2011/排名第五）、中国科学院科技进步二等奖1项（2001/排名第九）；发表学术论文80余篇，获技术专利10余项。
