杨晓峰

杨晓峰,男,中国科学院遥感与数字地球研究所研究员。主要从事定量遥感机理与方法、海气相互作用过程、空间对地观测资料同化方法与应用技术研究,承担过多项国家重大专项、863计划、中科院、部委科研项目,在海洋表面微波散射特性、海气边界层动力过程模拟、海洋环境参量定量反演等方面取得多项成果;获军队科技进步一等奖3项;共发表学术论文70余篇,其中SCI检索41篇;现任中国空间科学学会空间地球科学专业委员会秘书长,《Remote Sensing: Ocean Section (IF:3.244)》期刊副主编,兼任国防科技大学、上海海洋大学特聘教授。是国际电气与电子工程师协会高级会员(IEEE Senior Member),第36届和37届国际地学与遥感大会(IGARSS)技术委员会委员,曾在IGARSS2011、IGARSS2013、IGARSS2016、INFORD2016、INFORD2017等国际学术会议上担任分会主席。是Journal of Geophysical Research、IEEE TGARS/GRSL/JSTARS/GRSM、Remote Sensing of Environment、International Journal of Digital Earth、Journal of Oceanography、Journal of Coastal Research、Oceanologia、Frontiers of Earth Science等20余种SCI期刊审稿专家。
