程天海
简  历:
   程天海,男,现为中国科学院遥感与数字地球研究所副研究员,硕士生导师,博士学位。研究工作主要面向环境污染监测和气候变化评估的迫切需求,以提高中国地区气溶胶遥感反演的精度和数量、降低中国区域气溶胶环境效应和气候效应的不确定性为目标,针对新型多角度偏振遥感技术的应用潜力及气溶胶物理光学特性探测的难点,以气溶胶偏振遥感的新机理和新方法为突破口,在气溶胶物理光学特性偏振卫星遥感反演这个国际前沿问题进行了创新性研究,对提高气溶胶影响环境和气候变化机理的认识有重要意义。

荣获2009年度“中国科学院院长优秀奖”和“中国科学院优秀毕业生”。以空基多角度偏振遥感机理为主要研究内容的博士论文《非球形大气粒子多角度偏振遥感反演研究》荣获2010年度“中国科学院优秀博士学位论文”(50篇)和2011年度“全国优秀博士学位论文提名”。

以第一作者/通讯作者身份,在大气偏振遥感领域已发表11篇SCI,包括 Remote Sens.Environ.、Atmos.Envrion.、J.Quant.Spect.Rad. Trans.、Atmos.Meas.Tech.、J.Atmos.Sci.等。共主持承担10余项科研项目,含国家自然科学基金项目、中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向项目、国家科技重大专项(高分辨率对地观测系统)子课题、科技部全球气候变化重大科学研究计划子课题和中国科学院战略性先导科技专项子课题等国家重大科研项目。
